Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data KirtSoft Technologies Private Limited collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
1. Who we are
KirtSoft Technologies Private Limited (“KirtSoft”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in India.
- CIN: U72900CH2020PTC043218
- Registered Office: #1579, Burail, Chandigarh, Chandigarh 160047, India
- Corporate Office: 989, Sector 82, JLPL, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab 160082, India
For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, KirtSoft is the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. Specifically, when you submit the enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide it (optional)
- The category of enquiry you select
- The content of the message you write
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or profiling tools on this website, and we do not set any cookies for those purposes.
3. Why we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry, and to carry on any correspondence that follows from it. If our discussion leads to a commercial engagement, we may retain the correspondence as part of that business record.
We do not use your information for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.
4. Your consent
By submitting the enquiry form you consent to us processing the details above for the purpose described. That consent is given freely and you can withdraw it at any time — see Your rights below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out while consent was in force.
5. Who else sees it
Your submission passes through, and may be stored by, the following processors acting on our instructions:
- Formspree — receives the form submission and forwards it to our inbox.
- Our email provider — stores the resulting message.
- Our website host — serves this website and keeps standard server access logs.
Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where that is the case, your data may be transferred and stored abroad. We share personal data with no one else, other than where we are required to by law or by a court or regulatory authority.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, we keep the correspondence for as long as the business relationship lasts and for such further period as Indian tax and company law requires us to retain business records.
7. How we protect it
This website is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the enquiry inbox is limited to the people who need it, and is protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable security safeguards as required under the Act, and we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of a personal data breach as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Access — ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Correction and erasure — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated, or erased.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us and have it dealt with.
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the timeframes set under the Act.
9. Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Grievance contact
